Justin Randolph Stebbins, known professionally as Justin R. R. Stebbins, and online as Saber-Scorpion, is an American author and illustrator. Stebbins is best known for having created the science fiction universe of Nova Refuge, as well as co-creating the fantasy universe of Wulfgard with his younger sister, the writer Maegan C. Stebbins.
Justin Stebbins is the older brother of the writer Maegan C. Stebbins and the musician and graphical artist Ryan C. Stebbins.
